New shareholder

We are pleased to share our exciting news. As of 01/02/2024 AT would like to welcome our new 50 percent shareholder Darren Farmer.

Darren has been a director and heavily involved in the company over the past 8 months. Darren brings a wealth of experience across the industry and will also help to grow our services to our existing customers, to an even higher standard than we already strive to deliver.

ROE (Stephen Heuberger) will be no longer a 50 percent shareholder and will be leaving the business along with Andrew Waterman.

Co-Founder and 50 percent shareholder Alan Marshall will be staying on in the business in the same capacity and will be assisting in the transfer of Darren into the company to ensure no negative disruptions occur.
